Tutor Posts - Virtual Drop In Session

Join us for a virtual drop-in session to learn more about the paid tutor posts available as part of STACS Upskilling 2024/25. This is a great opportunity to hear about this year's format and ask any questions you may have.

At STACS, we recognise that the work undertaken in the early years through to P7 is critical for advancing Computing Science. Inspiring young pupils, particularly girls, is key to building a sustainable and diverse tech talent pipeline for Scotland. By encouraging early engagement, we can make significant strides in closing the gender gap in Computing Science. We are excited to extend these tutor opportunities to teachers delivering Computing Science from early years through to Secondary.

The session is scheduled to last an hour, though the information shared won't take this long. We wanted to ensure plenty of time to answer any questions you may have about the posts and this year’s format. The session will also be recorded and shared for those who cannot attend live, so you can catch up at your convenience.
