STACS working with local authority Computing Science teacher events

A key part of STACS is connecting, networking, and upskilling Computing Science teachers. We're proud that STACS has quickly become a trusted and central resource for those teaching Computing Science across Scotland.

One way we provide support is by working with teachers to help deliver local authority-specific Computing Science events. Last week, we had the privilege of visiting Argyll and Bute as well as Aberdeen, where we worked with all the Computing Science teachers from both councils. In addition, we’ve collaborated with teachers from Glasgow, Falkirk, and Renfrewshire on their local events.

The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re excited to continue supporting other local authority events while working with the brilliant Computing Science teachers across Scotland.

If you’re interested in having STACS involved in your local authority’s Computing Science events, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch to find out how we can help!
